Two holiday houses with a garden and a terrace, ideally situated in a quiet and green residential district, just a two-minute walk from the town centre

The two holiday houses are in a quiet and green residential district in Arras, not far from the train station and just a two-minute walk from the centre and the famous squares. Everything is within walking distance.

The two houses are on the owner’s site and are of different sizes. One is on three floors and is suitable for eight people, while the other is smaller and only suitable for two people. Both of them are decorated tastefully in a modern and contemporary style and were renovated in 2013. All the rooms have heating. Wireless Internet access is available.

Both have a terrace outside with garden furniture and a grill, looking out onto the beautiful garden. Each house has enclosed parking spaces on site.

The houses are ideally located, quiet but central. The centre of Arras with its famous squares, shops, restaurants, cafés, theatres and cinemas is an easy two to four-minute walk away. The Louvre Lens is only about 15km away and the Cote d’Opale coast and sea, as well as the nearest beaches are about an hour’s drive away (about 100km). Therefore you can combine a beach and nature holiday with a cultural stay in town.

Big holiday house with a garden and a terrace, for eight people

The three-storey holiday house of around 140m² can accommodate up to eight people and has a luxurious and tasteful interior. It has been classified as four-star according to the French classification of holiday accommodation. The ground floor has a light and spacious living room with a sitting corner, satellite TV and a dining space, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen in red with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a little bistro table with two bar stools. There is also a guest WC. The living room, in modest grey and white, has wooden stairs leading up to the first floor, where you can find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200cm, with a comfortable mattress and slatted frame) and their own bathroom with a shower (90 x 90cm), washbasin and WC. All the bedrooms have shutters. The second floor under the roof, also featuring pleasant white and light grey, has two further rooms that the roof beams have been cleverly integrated into. The first is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the second is a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), a cupboard and a dresser. There is also a third bathroom with a shower (90 x 90cm), a washbasin and WC.

Outside you can enjoy the beautifully planted garden with a big terrace. Garden furniture and a grill are provided.

    “Mooi huisje, net zoals op de foto's. Eigenaars wonen er naast. Wij waren een uur te vroeg, maar mochten direct binnen. Ook was er geen haast om terug te vertrekken, wat wel leuk was op nieuwjaarsdag. Mooie, uitgeruste keuken, gezellige living, mooie kamers en comfortabele bedden. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!”
