Modern and bright holiday flat at the heart of Málaga

The 80 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building in a central location in Malaga. The building was built in 1869 and last fully renovated in 2009.

The spacious holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (135 m x 1.90 m) and the second one with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Additionally, you will find two bathrooms: one of the bathrooms boasts a shower, the other one a shower tub. Both bathrooms also have a sink and a toilet. The bright and open living room is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds (0.90 x 1.90 m each), a 32" LCD satellite television, a DVD player and a PS2. The living room is air conditioned. From the living room, you have access to the open plan kitchen, which is equipped with a dining table, a stove, a mini oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. A washing machine, a dryer and Wi-Fi access are at your disposal.

Your apartment is located in a very central location at the heart of Malaga. Nearby you will find restaurants (ca 50 m), Shopping (ca 200 m), a supermarket and a bakery (ca 100 m). It is about 25 m to a typical Spanish Tapas bar. Distances to sights: the Teatro Cervantes (ca. 50 m), the Plaza de la Merced (ca. 100 m), the Picasso Museum (ca. 250 m) and the "Alcazaba“ and the Roman Theatre (ca. 300 m). It is about 900 m to the beach and the ocean. It is 8 km to the Málaga airport.
