An dieser Stelle präsentiert sich Ihnen eine Ferienunterkunft mit zwei hochwertig renovierten Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Hanglage am Waldrand. Die Ortschaft Sulz liegt südlich von Lahr, direkt zu Füßen des Schwarzwaldes an der Badischen Weinstraße. In Kürze gelangen Sie zum Europapark, ins Elsass, in die Schweiz, nach Freiburg oder Straßburg. Darüber hinaus bietet der Ort vielerlei Annehmlichkeiten und in der Umgebung bieten sich zahlreiche Tagesausflüge und Freizeitaktivitäten an. Vor Ort bietet sich Ihnen ein traumhafter Panoramablick zum Wahrzeichen der Stadt Lahr, dem "Schutterlindenberg" und den umliegenden anderen Bergen.

Während sich im Haupthaus die 115 m² große Vier-Sterne Ferienwohnung atraveo Nr. 887010 mit Dachterrasse über zwei Etagen erstreckt und bis zu zwölf Gäste willkommen heißt, wird Ihnen im Nebengebäude die 36 m² große Ferienwohnung atraveo Nr. 1177365 geboten, die sich gut für eine Freundesgruppe oder eine Familie mit bis zu sechs Personen eignet.

Beide Ferienwohnungen bieten entweder auf Terrassen oder Balkonen Möglichkeiten für eine Mahlzeit im Freien oder einem Bad in der Sonne. Ein BBQ Bereich kann dabei gerne gemeinsam genutzt werden. Bis zu fünf Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Darüber hinaus sind Kinder herzlich willkommen. Die Eigentümer bieten Spielsachen, Bücher, CDs, Hochstuhl, Quinny, Babybett, Kinder-Räder und ein Riesen-Trampolin.

Ihr Feriendomizil befindet sich in der gemütlichen Ortschaft Sulz bei Lahr/ Schwarzwald - Badische Weinstraße - in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Europa Park (15 Minuten), zum Elsass (15 Minuten), Taubergiessen (15 Minuten), Altrhein (15 Minuten), Schwarzwald (1 Minuten), Straßburg (25 Minuten), Freiburg (30 Minuten), Schweiz (40 Minuten) jeweils mit dem Auto. Bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist der große Abenteuer-Spielpatz, das prämierte Naturbad im Ort, ein Wasserwanderpfad mit Bademöglichkeit, ein Ponyhof, eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Apotheke, ein Supermarkt, Thai Massage-Salon, Restaurants mit eigener Brauerei, ein Tiergehege und See sowie eine Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung zur Stadt Lahr (nur 5 Minuten). Ausgewiesene Wander- und Radwege finden Sie in der Umgebung genauso wie ein Frei- bzw. Hallenbad mit Sauna. Ein Golfplatz befindet sich in Reichenbach etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch im Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie wechselnde Weihnachtsmärkte, den Europa Park mit dem Winterspecial "Winterrzauber" bis in den Januar hinein.

The holiday accommodation was completely refurbished in 2014 and features high-quality, real wood furniture and parquet/laminate. The apartment was classified as four-star in February 2015 by the DTV. The 115m² apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to twelve people. It is in an idyllic location on a slope, right by the edge of a forest, with a fabulous panoramic view towards the landmark of the town of Lahr, the “Schutterlindenberg” and the other surrounding mountains. In 2014 the apartment was opened after a complete conversion and renovation, with quality new furniture.

The surprisingly spacious holiday apartment has three and a half bedrooms, of which two each have a double bed and the others have single beds. The half room is a walk-through room with a supplementary bed. The 45m² living room provides an XXL sofa (bed, for two to three people), a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, and a stereo system, as well as a big dining table with eight to nine chairs, for enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped, built-in kitchen has a breakfast table and a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath and a shower cubicle, as well as a washbasin, hairdryer and WC. There is also an additional guest WC: Children are welcome and toys, books, CDs and DVDs, a highchair, a cot and children’s bicycles are available.

The apartment has a sunny roof terrace and a roofed balcony with garden furniture and a grill. There is a garage with an electronic garage door and a parking space, as well as a hobby room with a table tennis table.

The charmingly decorated apartment in an Asian Buddha style features high-quality parquet and laminate flooring and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The apartment is in the cosy town of Sulz near Lahr in the Black Forest, on the wine route, very close to Europa Park (15 minutes), the Alsace (15 minutes), Taubergiessen (15 minutes), Altrhein (15 minutes), the Black Forest (1 minute), Strasbourg (25 minutes), Freiburg (30 minutes), Switzerland (40 minutes), all by car. It is easy to walk to the big adventure playground, the award-winning natural baths in town, a water trail where you can swim, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a Thai massage salon, restaurants with their own brewery, an animal sanctuary and a lake, as well as a bus stop with connections into the town of Lahr (just 5 minutes). There are signposted hiking and cycling trails in the area, as well as an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna. There is a golf course in Reichenbach about 10 minutes away. There are also many trip options in winter, such as a variety of Christmas markets, the Europa Park with its “winter magic” special into January.

    “Für einen Kurzurlaub mit unserer größeren Gruppe war alles bestens. Lage schön ruhig, direkt am Wald. Zustand sehr gut, alles recht neu und vor allem auch sehr sauber. Der Preis ist angemessen für das, was wir vorgefunden haben. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
