This detached stone barn with private swimming pool has been lovingly converted by the English owners to provide extremely spacious, light and airy accommodation of a high standard. Situated in a south facing courtyard, within the grounds of the owner’s home, it has a large private raised rear terrace with views across the pool and large garden to the countryside beyond. This is a wonderful area for exploring all that the Lot and neighbouring Dordogne have to offer. Horse riding 1km. Fishing 2kms. Salviac 5kms has shop, bar and restaurant. Gourdon 11kms has most facilities and supermarkets. Sunday market in Cazals 12kms. The historic market town of Sarlat, historic La-Roque-Gageac, the châteaux of Beynac and Castelnaud, canoe hire on the river Dordogne at Cénac and the bastide town of Domme are all within 30 kilometers. Within an hours drive you will find St-Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour and the Grotte du Péch Merle. The owners offer several services; bicycles may be hired by the day; celebration meals can be ordered in advance and delivered to your door. The owners are also able to arrange an escorted full day wine tour for up to 10 where you can taste Malbec wines of the “Cahors Appellation” and enjoy lunch together at a local restaurant.

    “Zéér goede indeling: elke kamer (4 boven, 1 beneden) heeft zijn eigen badkamer met toilet en douche, dit betekent ook wel dat er voor de meeste naar boven moet gegaan worden om naar het toilet te gaan. Ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimte beneden, gezellige zitruimte boven. Buiten groot grasveld, zwembad en ruim terras. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Enorm rustig gelegen: einde doodlopende straat in een gehuchtje met slechts enkele inwoners. De enige geluiden komen van dieren in de buurt.”
