At the end of a long avenue, in the beautiful countryside of Pont-Aven, this elegant stone house welcomes you on a large plot with woods and meadows. Only the birds can be heard, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house will become your second home, where you will feel at home from day one. The town of Pont-Aven on the banks of the River Aven is located in a charming area that will captivate you. The town is best known for the painting school founded by Gauguin at the end of the 19th century. This is precisely why there are so many galleries to discover here. You should also visit the town of Concarneau, known for its Ville Close, or old town, which is located within massive walls and is almost completely surrounded by water. The old town of Quimperlé is also definitely worth a visit. The beaches of Kerfany, Raguenez and Trévignon are a 10-minute drive away.
