Very well-equipped holiday apartment with a mountain view and a garden

Enjoy a special holiday apartment in a fabulous location with an unobstructed mountain view, right next to a lush field. The alpine panorama will accompany you from first thing in the morning.

The interior meets the highest of standards and provides everything you need. In the morning you are woken up by the aromas from the automatic coffee machine, which will prepare you a delicious cappuccino, caffe latte etc. Then you can step into the revitalising light therapy shower or take a bath in the big double-seater bath, watching the news on the built-in TV, which also has a USB port so you can watch your own films. The comfortable lounge has enough space to enjoy the evenings, should the weather be inclement. The apartment is suitable for couples, as well as for families with children. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has single beds.

Bed linen, towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner and bathrobes are provided, and the final cleaning is included in the price.

In nice weather you are invited to use the garden with all its advantages. It has comfortable seating, a heatable wooden bath tub, a campfire area with stools made of tree trunks, and plenty of wood for the fire. Whether as a place to relax or as a starting point for trips around Bavaria, the Sinja Suite will give you happy memories.

There are cycling and hiking trails that start right on the doorstep. The lakes Schliersee and Tegernsee are about 5-10 minutes away by car.

    “Wir drei haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man als gestresster Großstädter zum Entspannen in der Natur braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, Wanne (die die Temperatur hält), Lichtdusche und TV. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet im landestypischen Stil. Ein Fitnessraum ist derzeit in Bearbeitung. In der Küche ist neben einem Kaffee-Vollautomat alles vorhanden, lediglich ein paar Töpfe und Pfannen könnten erneuert werden. Eine Pfanne hatte sich nämlich bereits leicht gelöst. Der Vermieter versprach jedoch, dem rasch nachzukommen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung z.B. Garten: Sauna mit Zirbenholz, gemütlicher Garten, wo man einen Lagerfeuerplatz hat, einen HotPot, tolle Aussicht - nicht verbaut. Toll eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man evtl. braucht: Toaster, Kaffeeautomat, Spülmaschine... . Super Bad: Große Badewanne, Farb-Dusche, Flachbildferseher, Föhn... . Tolle Betten mit neuen Matratzen. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Ausflüge in die Berge oder Flachland (Österreich). Zustand sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und Aufmerksam. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut fair.”
