Situated on a spacious and fenced plot of 3000 m², you can take full advantage of the marvellous surroundings and the excellent climate of the region. The property adjoins a 15-hectare farm surrounded by olive groves, giving it a typical Spanish flair.
The house, part of the Las Chozas estate, has been completely restored, carefully preserving the entire exterior architecture and some original details. The interiors are functional and comfortable, creating a rural atmosphere that combines the house in harmony with its surroundings.
Las Chozas is an old country estate consisting of several houses, about 3 kilometres from Almedinilla. This charming place is home to an extraordinary historical museum that can be visited every day. The area bears witness to important archaeological sites that are among the most valuable of the Iberian and Roman periods, El Cerro De La Cruz and El Ruedo.
