Holiday house with a garden, a garden grill, a terrace and a mini pool
The quaint and well-maintained little house built in 2006 is on the village outskirts surrounded by greenery. There is practically no car traffic. It provides all the essentials for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment is on the upper floor, so it is not wheelchair accessible. It is accessed separately up stairs starting on the left. The apartment consists of a rustically furnished bedroom with a double bed, cupboard and dresser, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, towel radiator, WC and bathrobes, as well as a living room with a kitchen corner equipped with cooking rings, a microwave, fridge, sink, freezer and all the necessary utensils such as cutlery, small appliances, a coffee machine etc. and a dining table for four people. The living room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, satellite TV, a library, a collection of games and a radio with a CD player.
At ground level there is a cosy, roofed terrace, not only for sitting together, but also for enjoying meals or games. The two garden grills are very popular. You can choose between a conventional fireplace grill and a bell grill and there is also a campfire space with a goulash pot. What could be more enjoyable than a leisurely and sociable grill party. The extensive lawn is ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing. There are loungers with a parasol and a mini pool, as well as garden furniture and a shoe cleaning machine. You can use a washing machine on the ground floor on request free of charge.
A change of bed linen once a week, towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. The apartment has air conditioning and all windows are fitted with fly screens. The Austrian owner lives on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. The whole area, including the garden, has free wireless Internet access. The whole house is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, so it is pleasant at any time of year. NEW: you can now receive many TV channels including ORF TV and all radio channels!
In spring and until the first snowfall it is ideal for surfing, cycling, cart rides with the cart master Tibor, fishing and hiking e.g. through the Bereny vineyards, as well as enjoying the gastronomy. It is 22km to the nearest golf course by the lake. The winter is particularly atmospheric, ideal for relaxing days. It is 13km to the town Keszthely with cultural events and all kinds of shops, and 19km to Heviz with Europe’s largest thermal lake (all year round) with a wonderful roofed beach facility and a four-star wellness temple with saunas etc. The nearest restaurant (Csarda) open all year round is a 450-metre walk away. Persons under 18 years old are only permitted accompanied by an adult.
