Luxurious villa in the Peloponnese, 2.5 km from the town of Kiato and the 3 km long beach and 107 km from Athens. The town of Kiato has numerous taverns, bars and cafes and a lively shopping street. The area is served by the Athens light rail, which departs from Athens International Airport and ends in Kiato after a 90-minute ride. The owner's property consists mostly of well-maintained vineyards, but a part has been separated, fenced and that is where the vacation home and garden are located. One of the advantages of this vacation home is the panoramic view of the Gulf of Corinth. The 1000 m² garden with about 500 m² of well-kept lawn is partly planted with various trees such as orange, lemon, tangerine, apple and apricot trees. In the part of the garden located in front of the house there is a large and modern pool. The first floor of the main house is 80 m² and has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the entire floor of 100 m², upstairs there is a very large master bedroom with a very large bathroom with whirlpool, which of course can also be used as a simple bathtub, sauna and modern shower with steam bath function. The house also offers a walk-in closet of 20 m² with plenty of space to accommodate even the most extensive vacation closet. On the west side of the garden are three guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a fully equipped barbecue area, which is closed on three sides and also covered. Here you will also find a stone oven for preparing your own pizzas and a second large refrigerator. The lights are fully automatic and can be operated by touch screen. The entire property is secured by alarm and CCTV systems. The infrastructure is of very good quality.
