The house is only about 200 metres from the Mineral-Therme and walking paths start right in front of the house. You can enjoy a wonderful view into the Black Forest and the Wiesental.
It is a lovely, comfortable, four-star, two-bedroom apartment of 65m² on the third floor, where you will feel at home straight away. The kitchen is tiled and has a sitting space. It is fully-equipped with a four-ring hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bath, two washbasins and a WC. The large living room provides satellite TV, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a lamp, a desk with a chair and an additional pull-out sofa. The apartment has laminate flooring.
