The beautiful terraced property ANEMOS with a magnificent view is located directly above the sea in the south of the Cyclades Island Kea. The property consists of a refurbished mill with one main building, two separate guest houses and a pool. The great location of the property directly at the sea, the tasteful interior and the beautifully designed outdoor area with several terraces provide a unique ambience for your holiday.
The refurbishment of the old mill from the 1930s and the construction of the main building and the guest houses were in 1998. Next to the mill is the kidney-shaped pool (approx. 0,20 - 1,00 m deep). The mill is connected to the main building on ground level. The round living room of the mill flows to the living/dining area of the main building. From the living room of the mill an open stone staircase leads to the 1st and 2nd floor. On each level there is a bedroom with integrated bathroom. On the ground level of the main building, next to the living/dining area there is the separate kitchen with a direct access to the terraces and the pool. Next to the kitchen is a storage and laundry room and next to the living room one guest toilet. On the first level of the main building is the master bedroom with an integrated bath. From the bedroom there is a direct exit to the rooftop terrace of the house where you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
Due to the hillside location of the property the two separate guest houses are one level below the mill, main building and the pool. The small stone houses are built 10 mtrs apart from each other. Both houses have an own terrace with a wonderful sea view. Each guest house has a bedroom and a bath. One of the guest houses has an additional small annexe with two brick-built sofas and a kitchenette.
One level below the guest houses and approx. 90 steps from the main building there is a rocky plateau with an access to the sea. A shingle beach is in a distance of 500 mtrs from the house and there are further sandy beaches after approx. 2-3 km.
