Villa Siurana is nestled in a truly blooming, green oasis. The pink-coloured house with dark green shutters stands on a 10,000 m² plot and really has a lot to offer! Of course, this includes the wonderful pool with its gently sloping steps leading down into the water and the picture of playing dolphins on the tiles at the bottom of the pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip. And then, of course, there are the obligatory comfortable sun loungers on a well-tended lawn around the cool water, but also plenty of huge palm trees, gnarled olive trees, fragrant Mediterranean herbs and beautifully blooming roses along the small natural paths and stones. Around the property, lush seating and a terrace area, partially shaded by an impressive, dense canopy of leaves, invite you to linger. Delicious BBQ specialities can be prepared in a small outdoor kitchen and pasta can be cooked on the cooker - in short: life can easily take place almost entirely outside, it's that beautiful here!

Not only is the garden a place to feel good, the house itself is also a place of well-being: it is bright and friendly throughout, white walls harmonise wonderfully with wooden ceilings including rustic beams and lots of wooden furniture. On the ground floor you will find the modern, open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances, and the cosy dining and living area. You can sit together at a large wooden table and reminisce about your holiday memories and, of course, feast to your heart's content! Right next to it is an inviting sofa and a beautiful old stove, which creates an incomparably cosy atmosphere. A discreetly furnished bedroom with an inviting double bed completes the living comfort on the ground floor, while the first floor houses two further bedrooms, separate bathrooms and an en-suite bathroom.

A rural picture-book idyll: Villa Siurana is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, without direct neighbours, and in the centre of the island. Your holiday home is the ideal starting point for long walks, challenging hikes and cycle tours through the beautiful landscape of this corner of the island. You can visit the picturesque villages, which are all within a radius of 20 km: Sineu, for example, with its pretty old buildings, Binissalem as a wine-growing centre or Santa Maria del Camí with its great weekly market on Sundays. If you would rather enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle of the town, an extensive shopping spree or a comprehensive selection of restaurants and cafés, then simply drive the 4.6 km to Inca. The nearest supermarket is just 3.2 km away and the beach is around 29 km away.
