Your villa is located on a 720 m² plot in the beautiful coastal town of Cala Mesquida, a popular holiday destination on the east coast, not far from Cala Rajada with its very own authentic charm. Cala Mesquida is perfect for a family holiday as well as an active holiday. This property is particularly interesting for families with small children, as the 6 x 3 metre sloping pool can be completely fenced in: This offers additional security should your little darlings wander off on their own while mum or dad enjoy a leisurely café leche on the covered terrace. An outdoor shower is part of the feel-good package: you can freshen up when needed or after a trip to the beach without having to lug sand into the house. Right next to the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers; an outdoor lounge invites you to relax. You can enjoy freshly grilled fish at the large dining table in the shade of the terrace: a charcoal barbecue is of course available, as is the indirect pool lighting, which magically illuminates the property in the evening. You are guaranteed to swoon under the clear starry skies of Mallorca and the gentle sound of the sea in your ears!

The interior of the 165 m² house, which extends over the ground and upper floors, welcomes you with warm, muted colours and cosy comfort. Modern art on the walls sets interesting accents; elegant lighting objects in the form of oversized light bulbs are a real eye-catcher. The typical Mediterranean terracotta-coloured stone floor cools the interior on warm days. In addition, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning so that you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs. On the ground floor you will find the living area with sofa set, flat screen TV and large glass dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds, as well as a daylight-flooded bathroom with large washbasin and bathtub. On the upper floor there is a further bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All rooms have extensive wardrobes to store your holiday wardrobe so that you always have the right outfit to hand. However much you simply want to stay in the villa: There is also plenty to discover and experience in the surrounding area!

Located close to the authentic village of Capdepera, the villa is the perfect base for exploring the north-east of Mallorca, a region that never gets boring due to its variety of experiences. You can reach numerous great restaurants and shops on foot, as well as the landmark of Capdepera, the historically significant Castell, in approx. 5 minutes by car. The sea is also within walking distance from your villa. Thanks to the central location and the good transport links, which means that traffic is occasionally audible, the most beautiful beaches and bays with their extensive range of water sports can be reached quickly. Some very attractive inland towns, which are particularly inviting on lively market days, are also within easy reach. The Capdepera golf course, known for its varied fairways, is also worth a visit if you don't feel like playing but would rather sample the excellent, traditional cuisine of the neighbouring Roca Viva restaurant.

Villa del Mar 1980 is located in the popular holiday resort of Cala Mesquida, between the protected dune landscape to the south and the Parque de Llevant to the north, and offers the perfect starting point for both sun worshippers and active travellers. From here you can start your excursions on the paths and trails through the pine forest or follow the marked hiking trails to Cala Ratjada.
