As soon as you arrive, you will be enchanted by the charm and elegance of Villa Marimont. The Mediterranean-style villa is picturesquely situated on a gentle hill, with the Tramuntana mountains in the distance, the intense sparkle of the blue sea in the foreground and the massif of the Serra de Llevant nature reserve rising up behind the property. You will immediately fall in love with the picturesque, very well-kept garden and its gracefully designed nooks and crannies. There are little surprises everywhere: a hammock in the shade here, a table decorated with mosaics or a brick bench there. In addition to the lush green of the trees and plants, the colour scheme is dominated by bright shades of light blue, brilliant white and the calming beige of the natural stone. The pool right next to the house offers 100 per cent privacy and high-quality sun loungers invite you to relax. A pool house with lounge offers a retreat from the summer sun and can also be used in the rain or on cooler days thanks to a retractable protective cover. With the stylish lounge furniture on the shady, covered outdoor terrace, you can spend wonderful evenings enjoying a barbecue. Make no mistake: the real charm of this property lies in the versatile outdoor area, which is atmospherically lit in the evenings. In the summer months, you can stay outside until the late hours of the morning, for example in the covered dining area or in the illuminated lounge of the pool house. Guests also appreciate the shady spot under the pergola with hammock.

Villa Miramont is lovingly, neatly and very tastefully furnished and gives the impression of being well looked after. The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the bright, warm and cosy living room. Naturally, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection is at your disposal. The open, directly adjoining dining area with a view of the terrace is furnished with a glass table and can comfortably seat six people. A second large table on the covered terrace is also ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. Next to the dining room, a fully equipped Mediterranean-style kitchen offers everything you need for even the most demanding chefs. The two bright and comfortable double bedrooms and one of the modern bathrooms with shower/bathtub combination, WC and bidet are also located on this floor. A mosaic-covered staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another double bedroom with a view of the roof terrace and the sea, a single bedroom with access to the roof terrace and the second bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Spacious wardrobes in each room offer plenty of storage space for your luggage. A highlight is certainly the roof terrace, which offers a marvellous view of the surrounding area. You can sunbathe on two comfortable deckchairs or enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Villa Marimont is situated on a picturesque plot of 1,614 m² in the small village of Betlem on the north coast of Mallorca. It is exactly 310 metres to the sea and although Betlem only has 55 inhabitants, there is a supermarket and two nice restaurants. The marvellous beaches of Platja Colònia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina are less than 8 km away. Welcome to the perfect place for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
