The path to the inviting, sunny villa with the melodious name Alga Marina is tranquil. The small and extremely exquisite summer house is located in the centre of the relaxed coastal town of Son Serra de Marina and offers the amenities of both the town and the beach. A pool is therefore definitely unnecessary - the sea is only 300 metres away. The rather urban character of the residence, which blends harmoniously into the surroundings, is characterised by its proximity to other well-kept detached houses, but this does not prevent you from enjoying pleasant privacy. In front of the house's veranda is a spacious terrace surrounded by a quarry stone wall. With its exquisite Mediterranean vegetation, including flowering hibiscus, it offers a particularly pleasant location for any traveller. You can take a siesta on the comfortable sun loungers or immerse yourself in your favourite book. The ensemble of wooden outdoor furniture offers an ideal spot for breakfast, but of course also a great place for a sundowner after dinner if you are not dining in one of the restaurants with Balearic and international specialities.
