Stroll from the house to the sea, the beach stretches for several kilometers in both directions. A cycling and walking path runs along the coast to Trelleborg in the east and Hammars Backar in the east. Visit cozy restaurants, coastal villages and fish smokehouses along the way. You can easily get to Ystad or Trelleborg by car, bus or bike, from where you can continue by train or bus to Malmö, Copenhagen or Simrishamn. Several good restaurants are within walking distance in Beddinge. Excursions to the southernmost point of Sweden, Smygehuk, Skanör Falsterbo, Österlen and Simrishamn are also recommended, as is a visit to Ystad Djurpark or Tosselilla.
