Finca Alegria Agroturismo Son Sampoli offers a sensational holiday oasis for up to 16 guests all year round. An elegant pool area, sun loungers and shaded areas for all guests as well as a well-tended lawn await you. This south-facing holiday home is sure to enjoy plenty of sunshine. Under the spacious, covered terrace by the main house, you can sit and eat in large groups and relax in cosy lounge furniture. There is also a marvellous barbecue area by the pool. There are other lovely seating areas around the house and on the large terrace on the upper floor of the main house.

Both the main house and the separate flat by the pool are modern and furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor of the main house there is an inviting living room with dining area, a modern kitchen with access to the terrace and 4 double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. A staircase in the elegant entrance area leads to two attic suites for 2 people each on the upper floor. They also have their own bathroom and access to a balcony with wonderful views over the countryside. The separately accessible guest flat offers 80 m2 of space for a further four people. It is equipped with a cosy living room, a dining table, two separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with a rain shower. Both the main living areas and all the bedrooms in the finca have heating and air conditioning. The holiday home is set on a well-kept garden plot and enjoys a rural location 8 minutes by car from the centre of Llucmajor. The village offers good shopping facilities and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are a 20-minute drive away. The region offers numerous opportunities for hiking, horse riding and cycling. The Son Antem golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
