Attention, this is a property for connoisseurs. For lovers of good taste and living aesthetics, who will realise as soon as they enter the property that this villa meets their expectations. The pretty area is characterised by a very special ambience; it has been designed to surround the house like a very pretty garden with lush trees and radiates a cosy idyll. Flowers and green plants in flowerbeds, small walls, patio areas on separate levels and individual decorative pieces create an inviting overall picture. The real eye-catcher of the outdoor area is of course the pool, which can certainly be described as stately at 12 metres in length. It has steps for very easy access and is atmospherically lit at night. The sun terrace, paved with natural stone, is right next to the pool; the comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax to your heart's content under the Mediterranean sky. The two parasols provided protect you from excessive UV radiation. Other inviting seating options on the large terrace are the sofa and the small table, which can seat up to four people for dinner. The river pebble terrace not only offers plenty of seating, but also a sensationally beautiful view of the pool landscape and beyond. If you feel like it, simply relax in the hammock and let your gaze wander into the distance. The barbecue invites you to enjoy hearty barbecue evenings, where you can savour the exquisite regional specialities that you may have bought at the market earlier in the day. The beautiful balcony on the upper floor offers another opportunity for undisturbed sunbathing. It is simply marvellous to sit here at sunrise or sunset and enjoy the fantastic view. From the ground-floor terrace, you can enter the house through two double doors.

This entrance leads into the large eat-in kitchen, which offers a pleasant space to linger and prepare and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is spacious enough to accommodate a large, sturdy dining table, which can seat up to eight people for dinner. The modern kitchen is easy to clean and fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine and kettle. A large passageway, which can be closed with a sliding glass door, leads into the cosy living room. Various comfortable sofas and armchairs allow you to relax and perhaps do nothing for a while. The solid exposed beams radiate a cosy and rustic ambience and invite you to linger. Conveniently, the fireplace can also be used and viewed from the dining and living room. In the cooler months of the year, you can cosy up by the crackling wood-burning stove and warm up while gazing into the dancing flames. Three wide steps lead from the living area into the hallway and staircase, which makes a stately impression with its natural stone wall and striking supporting pillars. The double rooms convey an elegant charm and impress with bright colours that have been skilfully combined with some first-class contrasts. The bathrooms with natural light impress with their highly individual, functional and modern design.

Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, the famous Calas de Mallorca, are also within easy reach of Villa Sa Tartova. Some of the following beaches are real insider tips with an unspoilt character. After a successful day of holiday activities, you can relax in the privacy of your own villa, perhaps swim a few lengths and end the day to your heart's content.

Villa Sa Tortava is a particularly striking holiday property that meets even the highest standards of comfort and style. It is idyllically situated just 3 kilometres south-east of the centre of Manacor. Manacor has a good infrastructure. One of the best beaches in the neighbourhood is Cala Mendia, around 13 km away. The car journey to Palma de Mallorca airport takes around 45 minutes.
