In the additional 20m² aisle there is also enough space for storing ski equipment (ski boot dryer available) and for bicycles or other sports equipment. The beautiful, spacious forecourt (approx. 140m²) is equipped with a garden table set for 6 people. The terrace with a wonderful rural view of the Zillertal and the mountains invites you to barbecue and chill. The large paved forecourt is ideal for children to play, let off steam and ride a bike. Everyone is very welcome here, big or small. Ideal for families with children. But also for couples who would like to go hiking, swimming or skiing on the adjacent hiking trails. (Spieljochbahn ski area only 7 minutes away by car).

The ski bus is only a 3-minute walk away, the swimming pool (Zillertaler Erlebnistherme and outdoor pool in Fuegen only 6 minutes by car) the Harter Waldspielplatz is only 3 minutes by car and only 27 minutes on foot along the beautiful hiking trail. Also ideal for business travellers, as the A12 motorway is only 14 minutes from the location.
