Herzlich willkommen! Geniessen Sie eine Auszeit in unserem charmanten 3 Zimmer Ferienhaus in Les Présd'Orvin (Region Park Chasseral /Biel-Bienne). Das Haus ist sehr sonnig und ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur auf 1010müM. Im Winter Skialpin, Langlauf, Schlitteln oder Schneeschuhwandern unmittelbar vor der Haustüre. Im Sommer Wandern, Biken ,Klettern oder einfach nur geniessen. Mindestaufenthaltsdauer zwei Nächte. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Grosser Garten mit Grillstelle und Sitzplatz zur alleinigen Benutzung.Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ideale Besetzung für das Haus sind zwei Erwachsene, maximum zwei Kinder.
Ausstattung: ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett 140x200cm, ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett 90x200cm (nur für Kinder);ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC; Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée ( Holz vorhanden); Wintergarten; Küche, alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Es hat Essig und Oel, Salz und einige Gewürze, Fondue und Raclette Set, DELIZIO Kaffeemaschine mit einigen Kapseln. Im Keller befindet sich ein Vorrat an Trinkwasser, da sie das Wasser nicht direkt ab Wasserhahnen trinken sollten. Ganz "Les Prés d'Orvin" verfügt über kein Wassernetz, unser Haus hat jedoch genügend Wasserreserve, das problemlos zum Kochen, für die Kaffeemaschine, Gemüse waschen und duschen gebraucht werden kann.
