The stunning modern Villa Eleven is located in Fazana, just one kilometre from the beach. The interior is characterised by a clean, modern design and a very warm style that will make you feel at home. With a total living area of 200 square metres, it can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with piano and TV, a cosy dining area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The staircase leads to the first floor and the gallery, where there is a seating area with a sofa bed. The first floor is also reserved as a relaxation oasis with 3 bedrooms, all equipped with TV and air conditioning. The highlight of the villa is the fantastic outdoor area with a partially covered pool and a beautiful summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is made of original Italian travertine stone and consists of a gas cooker and a gas barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them with the whole family. On the first floor you will find a sun terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe with a cool refreshing drink. Book your dream villa and start planning an unforgettable holiday! Villa Eleven is located in the small fishing village of Faana, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. All the necessary facilities such as shops, cafés and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and everything is within walking distance. Opposite the house is the famous Istrian restaurant Alla Beccaccia with a Michelin recommendation, which offers delicious traditional dishes. Faana is a small, romantic and quiet place, not far from Pula. Along the coast there are beautiful pebble and sandy beaches that are ideal for families with children. A boat departs from the harbour to the only national park in Istria, the Brijuni National Park - a group of islands and islets rich in flora and fauna. Here you can enjoy nature, cycle, play golf, hike and visit numerous museums and archaeological sites, and perhaps the most interesting attraction is the safari park with animals. The city of Pula is the largest city in Istria and is characterised by its remains from Roman times, such as the amphitheatre, where numerous concerts by world stars take place in summer. The interior of Istria attracts gourmets and nature lovers, where you can go truffle hunting and enjoy delicious traditional specialities. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
