Novigrad, once a peaceful fishing village, is an attractive tourist destination with the charm of a typical Mediterranean town. An essential part of Novigrad's gastronomic offer is certainly the tasting of Istrian products such as olive oil, honey, prosciutto and Istrian truffles, and in the summer months you will have a lot of fun in this small town by attending some of the cultural events. Experience not only the beautiful beaches, but also the beautiful old town of Novigrad, the Romanesque churches and visit numerous museums and galleries. Explore the surrounding towns of Umag and Porec. In Umag you will find Venetian houses and baroque churches and in Porec you will be amazed by the Euphrasian Basilica with Byzantine motifs.
