Villa Family in Kavran fulfills all your wishes! This charming villa is built in a rustic style and is located near the beach and close to Pula, but if you don't want to leave the house, that's fine too.
This villa offers a private swimming pool which is in a beautiful garden. You are welcome to spend warm summer evenings outdoors, have dinner on the covered terrace and enjoy the tranquility of this small Istrian village, but also have fun with a good game of table soccer.
The interior of the villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy specialties. On the first floor there is also a cozy living room with a pleasant homely atmosphere. There are also 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. This makes the villa very suitable for families with children. There are 2 further bedrooms on the upper floor, both with double beds.

Villa Family is a short drive from Pula, the city known as the tourist hub of Istria, culturally and traditionally, but also for its beautiful natural landscape. The Romans left their mark, especially the beautiful amphitheater. Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. Unspoiled forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate turn this place into an attraction for beach vacationers. You can enjoy the unique nature everywhere, for example at the Plitvice Lakes and their famous waterfalls or on the Brijuni Islands with their beautiful flora and fauna - an exotic oasis in the northern Mediterranean region. Close to Pula is Premantura, a synonym for beautiful and unspoiled nature. It is located right next to the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. This is the southernmost part of Istria, where the sea has an irresistible blue-green color.
