Youphoria Sea View Villa Thalassa

Facing north east, the villa Thalassa is set in rural hillside surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 30-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.

Air conditioning, barbecue, parking for two cars, private infinity pool, outdoor dining, airconditions, flat screen smart TV, free wifi, telephone, safe box, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen, in-house laundry facility, toiletries, slippers and bathrobes, linen and towels.

The largest of our villas above Kissamos Bay, Thalassa truly embraces the concept of Cretan coastal living.
Taking its name from the Greek for sea, Thalassa delivers views of the Aegean all around yet is sensitively shaded by the mature gardens which offer the privacy that our guests desire.
With a natural stone terrace which fronts of the property, the villa enjoys a private infinity pool plastered with a characteristic Cimentogonia surface and full-width Roman steps.
The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
Thalassa is ideal for friends and couples to stay together, or for family groups.

Access is via the ground floor to a spacious living space and to an open plan kitchen with Corian work surfaces and the latest appliance, where there is also an informal dining area.
Structured over two distinct floors, with large windows maximizing the natural light, a free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom anden-suite bathroom with bath. Wall-to-wall windows offer uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea along with the additional feature of a large balcony and outdoor seating space.
The first floor guest bedroom is accessible through an outdoor staircase, while the ground floor double/twin bedroom has a separate entrance and opens onto the terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in Spa shower area.
A perfect base for trips to the beach, exploring the coastline and inland villages, or heading off for supper at a local tavern, Thalassa is also a fun property for barbeques on the outdoor dining area, accompanied by a selection of the fine Cretan wines we provide from the on-site cellar.
Sleeps 6 to 7 guests, with first floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, first-floor guest bedroom, ground floor guest bedroom (double bed 180×200, can convert to twin beds) all en-suite and one sofa in living room. Separate living room guest washroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
