On the edge of the Leucate cliffs, only a minute's walk from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. It is here that an idyllic holiday is offered to you. The house has all the advantages: directly on the seafront, close to the shops and yet in the shadow of the cliff, as if time had stopped for a moment. This charming house with Mediterranean accents opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. The gîte has a large terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy moments of rest in complete privacy with the magnificent view of the sea. A barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy your meals during the summer. And if you wish to refresh yourself, there is a large natural aquatic area on site: the sea is just opposite, a unique and unforgettable holiday! The parking is private and secure inside the property: two cars to be shared with the second gîte. Along the street you can park other vehicles. The house is fully air-conditioned for everyone's comfort. Pets are welcome (dogs only). Nearby there are many treasures of the region to discover: hiking trails with breathtaking landscapes, tasting of local products such as wine or oysters but also animations all year round in Leucate, the African reserve of Sigean and the Regional Natural Park of the Narbonnaise are less than 20 minutes away. Air-conditioned house on one level and semi-detached, comprising on the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a sitting area with sofas and TV, it opens onto a large terrace. An independent shower room (shower, washbasin), a laundry room with washing machine. A first bedroom with a double bed and access to the large terrace. An independent WC. A second bedroom adapted for children with two single bunk beds (4 beds in all with a 90cm bed each) and still this access to the terrace. A final bedroom, the master suite with a double bed (140cm) opening onto the terrace with an adjoining private shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). Sheets, towels and cleaning are included. WIFI connection. Baby equipment on request.
