Villa Bianchera is located in Karojba near one of the most famous medieval towns in Istria - Motovun. The town of Motovun, former named Kastelijer, is located on a hill above the sea level. The untouched historical walls still adorn this stunning town and with its uniqueness and long tradition attracts a large number of tourists.

Villa Bianchera can optimally accommodate six people in its three spacious and luxurious bedrooms, equipped with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor of this beautiful villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, which can also accommodate two people on a sofa bed, a dining room, a fully equipped and rustically decorated kitchen, which would meet the needs of top chefs, toilet and terrace. On the upper floor of the villa there are bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is additionally equipped with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, which makes it ideal for dining and relaxed evening gatherings filled with laughter and conversation. This beautiful and luxurious villa has a swimming pool of 40 m2 and 6 deck chairs that surround it. The pool is available from early May to late October. Guests of this villa also have the opportunity to use 8 private parking spaces.

Motovun is located in the northern part of Istria near the river Mirna. This beautiful medieval town is dominated by medieval architecture, surrounded by vineyards and a forest landscape. The historical richness and preservation of historical monuments makes this town extremely interesting to historians. Motovun is home to the centre of the International Research Centre for Late Antiquity, Early Middle Ages and Anthropological Sciences. When visiting Motovun, be sure to visit the famous film festival, which is held every year in July, and the International Summer School of Architecture. This area is extremely rich in the famous black and white Truffles (Tuber Magnatum), an underground mushroom that is highly valued in the culinary world, making Motovun a true gourmet oasis. The area of Motovun is rich in various legends and stories from ancient times. One of the most prominent is the story of Veli Joža, a good gentle giant, who traditionally symbolizes the people of Istria.
