The Gîte des Yoles is located in an idyllic vacation setting, only 200m from the beautiful beaches of Leucate. This charming seaside resort of reputation will make you discover its assets (Mediterranean beaches, the Cliff of Leucate, the local soil with its oysters and its wine). During your stay, you will be able to do everything on foot, everything is less than 5 minutes away: mini-markets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, ice-cream parlors, market... Its exceptional location will allow you to enjoy the idleness and the sun of the South. Many events take place in Leucate every year (Mondial du vent, spring rugby, various parties...). On site, at the gite you can enjoy a large garden of 88m2 with trees, terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and also a small room to put your equipment.. Gite including at the first floor a living room with a kitchenette and a dining table. An independent shower room with bathtub and washbasin. An independent WC. A first room with a bed 140. The first floor opens on a living room with a sofa bed and TV. A second room with a bunk bed for 2 persons in 80 and a single bed in 80 as well. A 2nd independent WC with hand-washer. Sheets and cleaning at the end of the stay optional, towels are not provided. Our friends the animals are accepted under good behavior. The baby bed is included on request.
