Traumhafte Lage

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung liegt auf ca. 1'000 m Höhe im Hochschwarzwald, auf der Landspitze einer Halbinsel in Schluchsee. Zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss; die Badewiese und der kühle See sind quasi vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre einer ruhigen Wohnanlage und überzeugt durch die zentrale Lage; der Bahnhof und das Dorfzentrum sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für kurze Spaziergänge oder mehrstündige Wanderungen, abwechslungsreiche Radtouren und Ausflüge an den Titisee und /oder Freiburg.



Unterkunft: 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, ca. 80 m2, gemütlich eingerichtet: Grosses Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Etagenbett und Schrank. Kleiner Balkon mit Morgensonne. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit bequemem Sofa und modernem Flachbildfernseher; Tagesbett für eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit (ausziehbar), Esstisch und kuschelige Leseecke; direkter Zugang zum zweiten Balkon mit Abendsonne. Neue Küche; Glaskeramikherd mit 4 Platten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Backofen und Abwaschmaschine. usw. Neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit Regendusche und ein kleines Gäste-WC. Einstellhallenplatz inklusive. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
