Holiday home for 12 persons

The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a functional style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site.

Muntić. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort fernab des Tourismus, wo es extrem ruhig ist. Das Haus wurde (geschätzt) erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert und schaut dementsprechend noch sehr gut aus. Alle angegebenen elektronischen Geräte waren vorhanden und funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Vermieter selbst spricht zwar nur ein klein wenig deutsch, aber die Verständigung hat soweit einwandfrei geklappt. Für Kinder ist dieses Ferienhaus ebenfalls zu empfehlen, da die Vermieter kein Problem mit Kindern haben und sich gefreut haben. Ein paar Küchengegenstände mussten wir jedoch noch besorgen, da sie nicht vorhanden waren, z. B. Schüsseln für Müsli, Mixer, große Tassen für viel Kaffee :)”
