Arranged on 50 square meters, located on the first floor and furnished in a modern style, the 2-room apartment in villetta has a prevalence of white and walnut in the large living room consisting of table, flat screen TV, chest of drawers, sofa bed and kitchen with induction plates, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher; the lines are clean and essential to ensure maximum livability. In the master bedroom, the warmth of orange is added to white and walnut to hug you when you enter and lull your rest; the room is completed by an additional large chest of drawers and a table that can become a work desk. In the bathroom, the emotional shower is added to the suspended sanitary ware. The terrace overlooking the sea is magnificent, full of greenery and equipped with very comfortable sofas. The apartment offers air conditioning and heating, parking space.

The spa is always open on Saturdays from 16 to 20 and Sundays from 10 to 15. From June 10th to September 10th it is also open on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays from 16 to 20.
Marked by an incredible biodiversity of fauna and flora resulting from the meeting of three different geographical systems (Mediterranean, continental, Alpine), Magliolo allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes and at the same time to take walks above 1,000 meters; among the most interesting excursions - the area is as well very popular with off-road mountain bike enthusiasts - we should mention the Sentiero delle Terre Alte, the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri and the Via del Ferro.
The municipal area is home to a protected natural area, the climate is mild, the village is very quiet and free of traffic. The restaurants offer Ligurian specialties from the hinterland.
The nearest seaside resorts are Pietra and Finale Ligure, a few minutes away are important tourist centers such as Loano and Varigotti and authentic jewels such as Borgio Verezzi and Noli.
