Petres is a modern 100 square-meter villa located in the southern part of Crete on the outskirts of Mariou village. Just a short drive from the sandy beaches, the villa offers stunning views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding landscape. The villa features a single-story layout with a spacious and comfortable living room, complete with a large corner sofa and a dining table. A huge 55-inch TV with a Netflix account provides entertainment while enjoying fantastic vistas of the swimming pool and the sea. The villa also boasts a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (King Size Bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters), and the other has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 meters), which can be joined to form a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) upon prior request. Each bedroom has its own en-suite modern bathroom.

The entire villa is air-conditioned, and high-speed WiFi internet is available throughout. Outside, a private swimming pool (25 square meters, 1.40 meters deep) and outdoor furniture offer the perfect setting to soak in the sea and landscape views. The terrace and pool area provide breathtaking vistas. There is parking space for one car right in front of the villa.

The village itself hosts a delightful traditional tavern within walking distance of the villa, while the famous tourist area of Plakias is only 3 kilometers away, offering a wide range of amenities and attractions. Within the same distance, you'll find renowned sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters, water sports facilities, and a variety of taverns, cafes, and bars. A car is considered essential to fully explore this picturesque region.
