Lovingly renovated old building apartment in the popular Katharinenviertel in Osnabrück! The modern furnished apartment radiates a Nordic flair with cosiness and offers approx. 80 m² of living space. Living and dining area with harmoniously finely tuned interior, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an old building and was redeveloped in April 2017. The charming bathroom with bathtub and walk-in waterfall shower and the large living room will delight you. All floors, doors, pipes and also the bathroom are new. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances including a dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the basement. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV. Sitting and dining area in the kitchen and is well equipped: oven, toaster, fridge, stove and 2 coffee machines (Senseo and filter). In the Katharinenviertel between Lotter Straße and Martinistraße, Art Nouveau facades, representative villas and artisan houses characterize the streetscape. There are small pubs and cafes. The mixture of historical ambience, many green areas, inner city proximity and tranquility makes the special charm of this quarter. The Weststadt is Osnabrück's creative quarter.
