Welcome to the ecological Apartments "Am magnolia tree" in Kiel-Friedrichsort.
Our two apartments are equipped with walls made of breathable Lehmedelputz / or sand-lime brick walls with ecological paint and tasteful solid wood furniture and feature as a healthy feel-good climate.

The bright Non smoking households have healthy cork floors and anti-slip floor tiles. An effective pellet heating, solar hot water warming, resource-conserving rainwater harvesting and low-emission power lines round off the overall ecological package.
Both apartments are in our Mehrgenerationenhaus close to the largest and most beautiful natural beach keel. The urban core of the district with its many small specialist shops, is 500 meters away.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. be the possibility of shared use of washing machine and dryer for both apartments. A parking space and a covered bicycle stand directly on the premises. Telephone and Internet usage is possible. Shopping service before arrival and bread service is carried out on request.
