Infrarot-Wärmekabine, sonnigem Balkon ( Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm), Fahrradgarage, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, Safe, Babyausstattung und vieles mehr... Ankommen, wohlfühlen und genießen!!

Die moderne und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Dachgeschoss-Wohnung "Riederstein-Blick" bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Es erwarten Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Raindusche, Waschmaschine, zwei SAT-TV´s (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer). Das ***/**** FEWO Chalet Heidi befindet sich in ruhiger und idyllischer Lage direkt am Hafelbach. Den Tegernsee und die Stadtmitte erreichen Sie in ca. 600-800m fussläufig direkt am schönen Rottach-Damm entlang. Direkt vom Haus aus können Sie wunderschöne Wanderungen und Biketouren unternehmen, was Herz und Seele erfreut.



Das Chalet Heidi befindet sich in ruhiger Umgebung (Sackgasse),  idyllisch gelegen am Hafelbach, jedoch sehr zentral zum Zentrum von Rottach-Egern!

Direkt vom Haus aus können Sie schöne Wanderungen, Bike-Touren und Spaziergänge unternehmen. Der Tegernsee, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in ca. 150 m!

Ankommen, genießen und sich wohl fühlen.

Der Tegernsee bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit ein besonderes Flair und viele schöne Momente zum abschalten und entspannen.
