In this flat resort in the middle of Salzburg's Lungau region at 1,119 metres above sea level, there are several exclusive holiday apartments in various sizes from 35 m² to 90 m². Situated on an unobstructed south-facing slope in the sunniest village in Austria, you can spend a wonderful holiday here. You will receive an apartment of the booked type, which includes at least the listed facilities. The photos are examples and may vary slightly. All apartments on the various floors are accessible by lift and are wheelchair accessible.

Parking subject to availability, additional public car parks nearby.

A special highlight is the direct underground connection to the adjoining wellness centre (sauna area, sports and fitness area, massage, cosmetics, physiotherapy, a general practitioner, bistro with terrace) & outdoor pool. Depending on opening times, you can use this wellness centre free of charge for 3 hours/day during your holiday (please note: children are only allowed in the wellness area from the age of 14; this is a bikini-free zone and is closed when there are 100 people in the area), the outdoor pool is included all day during opening times.
The regional Lungaucard is also included in the rental price in summer, which offers you many free or discounted admissions.

The immediate proximity to some of Austria's top ski areas (Fanningberg, Großeck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg, Obertauern) with a maximum of approx. 30 minutes by car or the possibility to reach all ski areas with the regional free ski buses, also offers plenty of variety and fun on the slopes for everyone in winter.

The laundry set is obligatory and must be paid for on site.
