The flat, located on the ground floor, consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove, veranda.
It has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and electric oven. It is very close to Bevagna, which can also be reached on foot with a lovely walk along the Spoleto-Assisi cycle path. It does not have a swimming pool.
The house uses clean energy as all energy is provided by photovoltaic panels. During your stay it will be possible to book tastings to appreciate the Rosso di Montefalco wine, Sagrantino and organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm.
