The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Kayaks, bicycles and table tennis tables can be used free of charge by prior arrangement.

The guest house has a ground floor apartment and an upper floor apartment with shared use of the garden. The main entrance is shared, the courtyard is divided into the street and garden parts by a fence. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
