Situated in Torreilles or 15 km from Perpignan, this pleasant and bright vacation home invites you to a nice vacation by the sea.

The functional vacation property has room for up to six people and is part of a residential complex with swimming pool. In addition, it is only 600 m to the fine sandy beach. The slides in the amusement park Frenzy Palace Water Jump in Torreilles is great fun for your children, for whom a visit to the Iguana House will also be a great experience. Perpignan attracts with beautiful buildings and monuments, such as the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca and the Castillet Tower. The beach lake Étang de Leucate (8 km) is a hotspot for windsurfers and annually attracts gliding fans from all over the world to participate in the Festival du Vent.

Take a lovely walk by the lighthouse at Cap Leucate, where a great view of cliffs and the Pyrenees awaits you. The Fort of Salses, 12 km away, is an impressive structure and lets you immerse yourself in the moving history of this region. Collioure is a sunny town with beautiful beaches, and if you prefer hiking, 20 km away in the foothills of the Pyrenees is perfect. Wine lovers can look around 35 km away in the wine region of Banyuls. This pleasant vacation property promises you an eventful and emotional vacation time in the department of Pyrénées-Orientales.
