Vacation apartment on the 1st floor with large shared pool in a farmhouse in the characteristic village of Castelfalfi between S. Gimignano and Volterra, in the heart of the hills of Tuscany, surrounded by nature. The accommodation is perfect to visit the most beautiful cultural and artistic sites of Tuscany: San Gimignano, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is located on a hill in a dominant position over the Val d'Elsa, here to visit the beautiful Piazza della Cisterna, Piazza Duomo and the famous towers from which you can admire the surrounding countryside. Also, don't miss a visit to Volterra with its famous Etruscan necropolises and its characteristic and perfectly preserved historical center. In Pisa (47 km) you can admire Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower, the Baptistery and the OPA Museum - or take a walk along the Arno river. Another city to discover is Lucca with its medieval and perfectly preserved city walls. The area is also famous for its culinary specialties and for its wines, in the many wine cellars you can of course taste them. For beach lovers: the sea of the Costa degli Etruschi with Cecina and Castiglioncello is about 60 km away, offering services and the possibility to practice many sports. Siena (77km) and Florence (78 km) are a must with their historical centers, museums, monuments and famous squares.
