Spacious holiday home in Ouren with infrared sauna

This spacious villa is located in Burg-Reuland. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The house has an infrared sauna so you can completely relax.Less than 30 meters from the villa there is a new garden of 1000 square meters with outdoor sauna, hot tub (from July 1, 2024), boules court, playground equipment, picnic table, BBQ, etc. which can be freely used by guests.The holiday home is beautifully situated and it is the ideal base for exploring the area. With Germany on one side and Luxembourg on the other, you have the opportunity to cross the border for a trip to one of these two countries. The Südeifel nature reserve and High Fens are perfect for miles of walking and cycling and a visit to Reuland castle is also well worth the effort. The nearest restaurants are only 500 m away.The interior of the villa is cosy, partly thanks to the wood-burning stove that provides a pleasant atmosphere in winter. In 2017, two completely new bathrooms were built and all beds were replaced. In the attic there is a table football and pool table so you don't have to get bored. In the garden with terrace you can barbecue in the summer.

***Wintertip***
Winterly weather at arrival? We can recommend the arrival route via Luxemburg. Coming from Sankt Vith choose direction Luxemburg - Weiswampach-Lieler-Dreilandenpunkt-Ouren (as an alternative for the route via Burg Reuland). The road via Lieler is well winter maintained

***Recreation***
There are countless hiking and mountainbike trails in the immediate area of the house.
A survey map and bike routes are available to our guests.
Do you really love history and culture? We have plenty to offer! Why not visit a castle? There are many "burgs" and castles right nearby eg in Burg Reuland, Clervaux...Or you can walk up to the "Dreilandenpunkt" at 1 km from the house.
the German city of Trier with her beautiful Roman edifices like Porta Nigra is only a one hour drive. And the charming town of Monschau is highly recommended!
The Belgian city of Sankt Vith offers plenty of shopping and recreation possibilities like e.fg. the "East Belgium Fun Park" with plenty of exciting family activities like bowling and carting.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is only q stone's throw away and offers so many possibilities. In Weiswampach e.g. (at only 6 km) there is a pool, plenty of restaurants and large shopping malls. The capital city of Luxemburg is only an hour drive as is the lovely Müllerthal.
Ski and cross country ski facilities are at 30 tot 45 min from the house as well in Belgium, Luxemburg as in Germany (Prüm). There are also golf courses in Eg Sankt Vith and Weiswampach.
