This beautiful vacation villa with large garden and private pool dates from the 70s and is located in the green countryside of Mugello, near the pretty village of Vicchio (about 5 km - stores of all kinds). The park around the house is about 3 hectares and it is completely fenced. Here your children can play undisturbed while you relax comfortably by the beautiful pool, sunbathe or read a good book. Bathroom and dressing room next to the pool. The house also has a beautiful and spacious loggia equipped with tables and chairs, so you can always eat outside, while another smaller loggia is used as an outdoor lounge. Nature and trekking lovers will be spoiled for choice in this region, as there are many trails that lead to quiet and unspoiled natural landscapes! Lovers of water sports should take a trip to Lake Bilancino (about 25 km), where they can enjoy sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing! Some distances: the village of Caselle (about 1 km) where there is a grocery store, 500 m riding school with restaurant and airfield, golf course about 15 km the beautiful Florence (40 km).

    “Ein sehr großes Anwesen mit großzügigen Zimmern, welche im 80iger Jahrestil eingerichtet sind. Leider wurden seitdem keine Erneuerung mehr vorgenommen. Auch der sehr eigene Geruch des Hauses sollte hier Erwähnung finden. Die Küche ist leider wirklich spartanisch ausgestattet und bedürfte dringend einer Erneuerung. Der Pool ist recht groß und sauber.
    Wir haben zwei Häuschen abgezogen aufgrund mangelhafter Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. Für die Hauptsaison war das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis in Ordnung.
    Auch die Erreichbarkeit der verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte in der Umgebung ist wirklich gut.
