It is approx. 1.5 km from shops, restaurants and public transport. The pebble beach is approx. 3 km from the holiday home. Take a relaxing walk to the hilltop and the church of San Defedente.
The living space of the holiday home is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-cum-living room with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and 10 litre freezer. A staircase takes you to the upper level. There you will find a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The house was renovated in 2005.
