The carefully renovated house originally belonged to Giulia to whom the flowers painted in the  house's painting are dedicatedThe apartment located next to a historic bridge is arranged on two floors with a lift accessing the same. Spacious and bright and is suitable for families and groups of friends. Arranged on two floors : on the fourth floor a large master bedroom with bathroom and toilets, next to it a small bedroom with a single bed. On the fifth floor kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a loft where you can relax and read undisturbed. The approx. 122 sq m apartment is on two floors and has an elevator to access it. The kitchen has minimal but comfortable equipment: glass-ceramic hotplates, a combination refrigerator with a freezer space, and a dishwasher machine. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. The neighborhood is very quiet and the building is located near a river and a walk to the countryside. There are stores, (COOP), bars, and post office nearby. Serravalle has a climbing wall, and from there it is possible to reach by car in 5 minutes the departure of the trolleybus to the beautiful Val Malvaglia, a fantastic place where it is possible to enjoy the unobstructable view and countless walks. In Biasca in the neighboring village (5 min. by car) there are doctors, pharmacies, banks, all kinds of stores, optical center and a sports center (tennis, skating rink, swimming pool). The municipality of Serravalle is composed of several aggregated neighborhoods immersed in the countryside easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car. It is also possible to reach the municipality by "post-bus".
