Detached family house, comfortable and conveniently-located in a sunny and quiet zone on the outskirts of the village of Prugiasco (621m high), close to a wood, with a wonderful open panorama of the surrounding countryside and mountains.The house provides a place to enjoy restful tranquility amongst beautiful natural surroundings with numerous hiking trails through the stunning valley. There is also easy access to local services (restaurants, petrol station, post office, pharmacy, cash machine, first aid post), which are 10 minutes drive away.The house has a large, sun-filled garden with a beautiful pergola providing shade over a granite table and benches, ideal for outside eating and indulging in relaxing family moments. In addition, there are two external parking spaces.Spread over two floors, the house is accessed from the garden through the atrium/laundry room. On the ground floor there is a completely refurbished open-style kitchen, with a large hob (six plates), oven, dishwasher and fridge. In addition, there is a second, larger fridge-freezer along with a washing machine in the laundry room. On the same floor, there is a comfortable living room with TV and radio and two bathrooms with toilet, bath/shower. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds) as well as ample wardrobe storage.This beautifully-situated house is cozy and comfortably-furnished making it ideal for family holidays. A cot, changing table, high chair and bouncer chair (for children up to the age of 3) are available upon request at booking.Please note: this is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.
