Our gîte is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Duilhac in the high Corbières of the Aude. It is situated next to the houses of the village and offers a view of the medieval castle of Peyrepertuse and the calm of the surrounding countryside. Small lake with waterfall and swimming at 3 kms. Marked out walks with the GR36 and the sentier Cathare near the village. A quiet and comfortable holiday home. Arranged around living spaces, a beautiful and large bright room allows to meet with family or friends. The private terrace and garden are ready to welcome aperitifs, meals, games...and even games of petanque. The gîte is on one level and comprises: a living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace and the private swimming pool (6X4, depth 1.45m) with garden furniture and barbecue. A bedroom with 1 bed in 160. Shower room with WC. A second bedroom with 1 double bed. A third non-independent bedroom (communicating with bedroom 2) with 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed. Shower room with WC. Fully enclosed grounds with parking spaces. An electric terminal is accessible on the camping car parking of the village.
