A very nice 2 1/2 room flat in a sunny residential area awaits you here.
Not far away is the Trü sports centre, where you can play curling in winter and visit the outdoor pool in summer.

This holiday flat is centrally located. Shops, restaurants, the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths and the local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area, are just a 10-minute walk away.

The holiday flat Trü-Sura No. 3 has a bright living room with access to the large south-facing balcony (24m2) with panoramic views. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, double bedroom, shower/WC/bidet/sink. Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.

    “Positiv: L'aménagement de l'appartement, le grand canapé en "L", la tranquillité Negativ: Il faudrait rajouter un micro-onde dans l'équipement de la cuisine Restaurant: TraisPortas - Dans le centre ville de Scuol, un restaurant à ne pas manquer, pour son accueil, la qualité de ses plats et ses vins Ausflüge: Ftan par Mottanaluns - Le chemin damé dans la neige est l'occasion de superbes vues sur la vallée. Le retourde Ftan vers Scuol par le sentier est très agréable également. Le car posta peut également vous ramener à Scuol”

    “Tolle, ruhige Wohnung und trotzdem ist alles gut Erreichbar! Positiv: Grosses Badezimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche und viel Platz zum verweilen.
    Grosse Sonnenterrasse mit Schattenplatz Negativ: Beleuchtung in der Küche und am Esstisch könnte besser sein.
    Kleiderkasten ist für längeren Aufenthalt ein bisschen klein!!”

    “À revoir pour la terrasse le rangement... À nettoyer face contre le mur mitoyen... Positiv: L'environnement ... La vue... Appartement lumineux et spacieux... Negativ: Terrasse pas très propre... Et pas bien rangė!!! Umgebung: Très bien renseigné...”

    “Cet appartement est charmant et bien équipé. Situé non loin du centre de Scuol et de la gare, il offre une belle opportunité pour un séjour en montagne sans voiture Positiv: Bel espace avec une belle terrasse sans trop de vis a vis et avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes Negativ: Aucun produit de base en stock comme lhuile et le vinaigre. Empfehlung: Couples - Couchage pour 2 personnes mais les équipements permettent d'inviter du monde à manger par exemple”
