Cozy cottage in quiet residential area with lush fenced property, 600 m to swimming and fishing in Lake Ivö with child-friendly swimming area. The house, which offers locally generated electricity via solar panels, also has type 2 sockets. The house offers a sauna with outdoor shower and a large terrace at the front with garden furniture. The house also has a gym in the basement. 1500 m to the train station with trains that take you to Karlskrona, Malmö, Lund or Copenhagen. At the nearby campsite you can rent a canoe, play mini golf and buy a fishing license. There is also an activity area at Lake Ivö with a zip line on water skis, a wakeboard, an outdoor gym and a paddle (cable park). A visit to Ivön can be recommended as well as a swim in the sea at the fantastic sandy beach of Åhus or one of the beautiful beaches of Blekinge or leisurely trips to the Blekinge archipelago. You can easily drive to the coastal towns of Karlshamn, Karlskrona, Ronneby or Kristianstad for shopping. You are also close to Naturum and the Water Kingdom in Kristianstad as well as Kivik, Österlen, Simrishamn, Stenshuvud or Brösarps Backar. If you want to hike or bike, there is the Humles Trail, a beautiful trail around Ivösjön, or the Smuggler Round, a trail between the lake and the sea. Simply a cottage with many possibilities for a nice vacation.

    “Die Lage des Hauses war top! Es war nicht weit zum See (fußläufig 5 Minuten), auch das Meer war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe, so dass man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell dort ist. Der Garten war ideal für unseren Hund, der dort viel Zeit draußen verbringen konnte.
    Ein Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die hauseigene kleine Sauna, in der auch Aufgüsse durchgeführt werden können. Im Haus gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: Eine gut ausgestattete Küche (eine Spülmaschine fehlt, aber das wussten wir ja vorher), gemütliche Schlafzimmer, einen Fitnessraum, vielfältige Sitzgelegenheiten und -ecken, Longboards, Kanus, Schwimmwesten, Spiel- und Sportgeräte etc.
    Auch Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen stehen im Regal.

    Das Haus war bei Anreise nicht steril, aber so sauber dass man sich wohlfühlt.
    Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber völlig ausreichend und für den Preis auch super in Ordnung!
    Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!”
